  • We guarantee the freshness of your  flowers for seven days from the date of delivery.Roses,spring and summer flowers will be guaranteed for a five day peroid.Should you be dissastisfied with any aspect of the product or service please contact the florist  who delivered the gift as soon as possible after delivery.
  • We reserve the right to subsitute flowers and/or plants types or containers with those of equal value and quality.
  • The products  depicted on our website are available almost everywhere throughout  Ireland and the U.K.We  can arrange delivery of flowers to other countries through the worldwide Interflora network,however the item ordered will  be different to those depicted on our website.Please refer to the international section of our site for more details.
  • Some flower and plant products MAY BE HARMFUL OR POISONOUS or may cause irritation.Take care  when handling flowers and plants,and wash hands afterwards.You may contact us (00353) 46 9028970 if you require further information.
  • In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
  • Delivery is not available on Sundays or Public Holidays, orders placed for delivery on these dates will be delivered on the next working day.
  • To avoid problems or delays with delivery,please ensure that you have included the full address details for the recipient, complete with postcode where applicable, together with correct telephone numbers(mobile and landline).Ensure you provide your own correct telephone number and e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event of any problem with the delivery.
  • Where our delivery person is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
  • In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient,we reserve the right to contact the recipient using any telephone number provided or obtained from any telephone directory.
  • Because of the perishable nature of flowers and plants, and in order to resolve any complaint quickly ,we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery date.We will endevor to resolve the matter to  the satisfaction of  both recipient and the customer as soon as possible.You can contact us by telephone @(00353)  46 9028970  or send an e-mail by selecting the contact form on our website.
  • We may contact the customer from time to time with some marketing or promotional material in relation to advertising our business.
  • Nothing contained in the Terms and Conditions affects the statutory rights of the customer or the recipient  in relation to the quality,fitness or description of the goods supplied.
  • Customer shall be defined as the person or persons that place an order on our site,the Recipient is defined as the person or persons that  are the intended recipients of  the flowers.
